Dear Guild Liaisons:

        We are looking forward to a great Silver Anniversary Spring Convention!  Our members are excited, and part of that excitement is over all the wonderful door prizes each Guild so generously donates each convention.

        Once again, we are soliciting your contribution of a door prize to be given away during Convention.  Any gift you deem appropriate will be very much appreciated.

        There are a couple of ways to submit your door prize:

1)                Mail it in ahead of time: To use this method, mail your Guild’s door prize, being sure to include info that lets us know which Guild is making the contribution, to Cathy MacDonald, 5920 Magnolia Mill Ct, Norcross, GA 30092.  Please include your Guild’s mailing address, as often the door prize winners ask us for this information so that they may mail a thank-you note to your Guild.  If you’re going to mail your door prize, please be SURE it is mailed in plenty of time for delivery no later than Wednesday, March 12^th.

2)                Hand delivery at Convention:  It is perfectly fine to hand-deliver your Guild’s door prize contribution on March 15^th at Convention.  The only thing we ask if you’re planning on hand-delivery is to email cathymac@bellsouth.net and let her know.  She’ll need to make sure there is sufficient space for displaying the door prizes.  When you email her, it would be nice to go ahead and give her your Guild’s mailing address so she can make a note of it now. 

Again, we appreciate the kindness and generosity of all our Guilds.  It’s wonderful to be a quilter in the great state of Georgia!  We look forward to seeing you at Convention on March 15^th!
